For over a decade, I've had the privilege of supporting patients, families, and healthcare teams as they navigate chronic conditions at every stage of life. From hospital wards to retirement homes to private living rooms, I've seen how often people fall through the gaps in our healthcare system, and how powerful it can be when one nurse takes the time to truly listen, assess, and walk alongside.
I founded Wraparound Health Solutions because I believe specialized nursing care shouldn't require travel, waiting rooms, or a referral. It should meet you where you are, at your kitchen table, in your favourite chair, in the place you feel most yourself.
